DESIGN ENGINEER

Biography

Tony’s experience in engineering design began with FSAE & University motorsport. Diving into torque vectoring theory and 3D modelling assemblies, he leveraged theoretical studies to support active design and build for EV powertrain components. Gaining invaluable experience from fast-paced competitions, he entered the professional setting with immediate effect, providing software development and consulting solutions across critical international projects.

Leveraging his technical background and capability in software customisation, optimisation and implementation, Tony sought further diversification through project management across mining, energy, automotive, education and B2B professional services, delivering six-figure initiatives for house-hold names in the Australian resources and education sectors.

Moving to Melbourne in 2022 seeking further design and innovation challenges, Tony joined the Conflux design team, hitting the ground running delivering on critical projects and bringing a wealth of unique, developer-side, platform expertise.
